Once upon a time, at the beach, two men noticed that
the tide swept in several fishes. Many fishes were swept back
with the receding tide, while many were left on the beach.
The first man began to pick up the fishes left on the
beach. One by one, he started throwing them back in the
water.
The second man said, “There are so many fishes. You
cannot possibly throw back all of them in the sea. Your
effort cannot make any difference to the huge number of
fishes lying on the beach.”
The first man picked up another fish and while throwing
it back in the sea said, “It made a difference to this fish.”
