Once upon a time, to test the honesty of his people, a
king emptied a water fountain. Then he ordered that each
citizen should come with a glass of milk and pour it in the
fountain, so that it becomes a fountain of milk.
One citizen thought that since everyone would be
pouring milk, if he poured water instead of milk, then it
would go unnoticed. It so happened that most of the citizens
thought likewise and thus, most of them poured water.
Ultimately, the fountain was full of water instead of milk.
