4.3 Chanakya Niti

दर्शनध्यानसंस्पर्शैर्मत्सी कूर्मी च पक्षिणी ।
शिशुं पालयते नित्यं तथा सज्जनसंगतिः ॥४.३॥

darśanadhyānasaṃsparśairmatsī kūrmī ca pakṣiṇī |
śiśuṃ pālayate nityaṃ tathā sajjanasaṃgatiḥ ||4.3||

sight, attention, and touch, are used by fish, tortoises, and birds, to always bring up their young ones; likewise is the association of virtuous persons
