4.11 Chanakya Niti

सकृज्जल्पन्ति राजानः सकृज्जल्पन्ति पण्डिताः ।
सकृत्कन्याः प्रदीयन्ते त्रीण्येतानि सकृत्सकृत् ॥४.११॥

sakṛjjalpanti rājānaḥ sakṛjjalpanti paṇḍitāḥ |
sakṛtkanyāḥ pradīyante trīṇyetāni sakṛtsakṛt ||4.11||

only once is uttered the command by the king, only once are words spoken by the learned, only once is a daughter given in marriage, these three are done only once
